Fashion Earned Its Stripes: Prompt60 & Magazine Pattern

s

"Fashion Earned Its Stripes"
My 8" x 11" cut paper collage representing the pattern of stripes from glossy magazines
Prompt60.
What  a delightful week I spent strolling through Elle magazines looking for stripes.

Other times I made art with stripes on 3" x 5" index cards:

"Candy Roundness"

"Five and Dime @ Yellow and Orange"

"Collage of Pinks"

"Beaded Curtain"

"Field of Flags"

"Junk Mail"
"Ogee by Cgee"

"A-maze-ing Zebra"

"Any Friend of Coffee"

"Keep Calm and Make Coffee"

"Truffle Topiary"

"Red, White and Blue Candles"

~Cheryl Gee is a mixed media artist and school librarian who when in doubt makes art with stripes.

Blur/Sharp: Prompt60

Is it blurry/sharp or sharp/blurry?

specified "Blurry Sharp"
so we'll go with that.

My "Blurry Sharp" cut paper collage on an index card.

My blur/sharp mixed media art

on index cards:

"Orange You a Pretty Peacock?"

"My Creative Word of the Year 2014"

"Heart Window"

"Purple Rain"

"Brown Pottery"

"Going Postal; Audrey Hepburn"

"Cast: 3rd Rock from the Sun"

"Party Hearty"

"My Creative Word for the Year 2015"

~Cheryl Gee as no preference between blurry or sharp.  It takes both to make the magic, no?
