Share the Link Love: Summer Paleo Recipes

From My Concentric Circle Collage, ICAD2

I've been trying some new recipes this week since going low carb, less sugar, Paleo.

Let's dish!

Kathy Cano-Murillo, Crafty Chica, tells a sweet story here about being a new bride (23 years ago) and making guacamole with cottage cheese for her husband who was shocked to see such a thing.  After trying it though, he loved it!

Check out the recipe please,
and while you are there please check out Crafty Chica's blog resources.

I've taken a couple of blogging courses by Kathy/Crafty Chica, and I learned so much!
I'll bet you noticed my shiny blogging abilities!

Avocados are one of my favorite foods
(as reflected in my sharing the link love above)
 and maybe yours too.

Here's an index card I made with an avocado recipe for
ICAD2, summer 2012:
Since I cook sugar free as much as possible,
I would not use sugar in this recipe for Avocado Milk Sherbet.
I'm experimenting with honey and liquid stevia as sweeteners instead.

Cantaloupe gazpacho from Thoughts of a Personal Chef is the most refreshing soup imaginable.
Very simple. Very delicious.

I tried an incredibly good recipe for dairy free ice cream from PaleOMG.
I didn't add the chocolate or nuts, but I do recommend this recipe!
I also didn't add the popsicle sticks.
