I've been trying some new recipes this week since going low carb, less sugar, Paleo.
Kathy Cano-Murillo, Crafty Chica, tells a sweet story here about being a new bride (23 years ago) and making guacamole with cottage cheese for her husband who was shocked to see such a thing. After trying it though, he loved it!

Since I cook sugar free as much as possible,
I would not use sugar in this recipe for Avocado Milk Sherbet.
I'm experimenting with honey and liquid stevia as sweeteners instead.

I tried an incredibly good recipe for dairy free ice cream from PaleOMG.
I didn't add the chocolate or nuts, but I do recommend this recipe!
I also didn't add the popsicle sticks.
