Materials used:

*index card painted with black acrylic paint

*random words cut from magazines that convey "drama"

*list "Don't Be So Dramatic" from reading articles online about how to avoid stress from drama in your life

*green oil pastel crayon for outlining dramatic words

*glue stick

*ultra-fine black permanent ink pen
 

#37 Nora Ephron Tribute

My favorite Nora Ephron movie is

"You've Got Mail"


Materials used:

*index card

*Nora image from Bing

*random magazine photo with lettering for background

*dark pink colored pencil

*glue stick

*ultra-fine black permanent ink pen



#38 Layers

Materials used:

*index card
painted with acrylic paints to match colored pencils listed below

*image from Bing of old books in a row

*colored pencils in shades of teal, red, green, pink and yellow

*paper crimper
(this tool creates crimps, or ridges, that mimic the vertical position of the books)

*glue stick

*zebra print scrapbook paper

*table, book, and wall hanging cut from a catalog

*random shapes cut from a magazine to construct a lamp, ink pen, ICAD labeled index cards
and table detailing

*ultra-fine black permanent ink pen
